Principal's Corner

Greetings,

As I reflect on the first semester of the 2016-17 academic year, I am delighted to see that we have made great strides with student accomplishments. For the first academic quarter over half of our student body earned the distinction of being on the honor roll.  We are very proud of our students’ accomplishments, and I believe that we will continue to experience great success as we move towards the end of the school year!

We extend an invitation to our parents to visit the school to observe your child’s classroom or to have lunch. Also, we ask that you please continue to monitor your child’s grades as we want and expect every student to excel. Registration for the 2017-18 academic year will begin soon. For more information on your child’s schedule, or to express any concerns, please call the Guidance Department. Additionally, we will be implementing a larger scale of our Dual Enrollment program with Midlands Technical College next year.  This is an excellent opportunity for our students to earn college credit while attending high school.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns. Happy holidays to you and your family!
